Shipping policy

Due to a high volume of orders we are currently at 3-5 business days for packaging orders.  We cannot combine orders.  Orders will ship via USPS (Large orders possibly via UPS or Fed-Ex)


  • On orders over $150
  • Only available to US residents
  • On single purchases only, cannot combine orders



Return Policy


 We understand that sometimes things don’t work out and items need to be returned. You can return most items purchased in-store and online for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Some exceptions apply. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all refunds. Please see below for more details.


Refunds will only be given with proof of purchase or order number. Refunds are issued via gift card or merchandise credit. Please contact us immediately if product arrives damaged. ALL damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving package.

     Gift Cards- Gift cards (including e-cards and credit) cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.


     Eligible items purchased on can be returned via shipping or at the store location.

You will be responsible for return shipping. We will provide a shipping label at your request and deduct the amount from your refund.

 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

     Upon inspection, if said items are missing original packaging, used, or damaged they will not be eligible for a refund.

     Additionally, while we always strive to accurately fulfil online orders, it is possible you may receive different or additional items you did not order. If this occurs, please contact our team so that we can work with you to promptly resolve the issue

     Manufacturing IssuesWe strive to supply top quality products but know that there can be manufacturing defects. If the purchased item contains a defect we recommend you contact the manufacturer, as there may be a replacement policy for that product. If this occurs, please contact our team so that we can work with you to promptly resolve the issue.

Unopened SEALED original manufactured packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift certificates, credits, and single cards (except as required by law)
  • Trading card singles
  • Free items (as part of a promotion or prize)
  • Discounted or “final” sale items
  • Goods marked “as is,” “all sales final,” “no returns accepted,” or with similar language*
  • Merchandise used or damaged after purchase*
  • Customized items received as ordered*
  • Products returned without their original package*
